Do you recognise yourself?

Low T doesn't announce itself. It just quietly dims your life.

Most men write these symptoms off as stress, getting older, or not sleeping well. But they frequently have a single, treatable biological cause.

Energy & fatigue

Exhausted regardless of how much rest you get. Struggling through afternoons that used to feel easy.

Mental performance

Brain fog, poor concentration, difficulty staying sharp. Motivation that's disappeared and a flat or irritable mood.

Physical changes

The process

Simple. Private.
Medically proper.

Helix removes every barrier between you and treatment — while preserving every medical standard that matters. No shortcuts, no compromises.

Step 01

Free online assessment

Complete a confidential symptom questionnaire. A Helix doctor reviews your profile — usually within 24 hours — and confirms whether blood testing is the right next step.

Step 02

Blood test at your local pathology

Your doctor orders a comprehensive hormone panel at Sonic, QML, or Australian Clinical Labs near you. We test beyond just total testosterone — LH, FSH, SHBG, oestradiol, PSA, haematocrit and more.

Step 03

Prescription & ongoing care

If you're clinically eligible, your doctor prescribes the right protocol for you. Medication is dispensed by a registered Australian pharmacy and delivered discreetly to your door. Quarterly check-ins keep everything on track.

The Helix standard

We test more. We look deeper.
We never guess.

  • 01

Comprehensive panels, not a single number

Most GPs check total testosterone and stop there. We assess free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, oestradiol, PSA, and haematocrit — because one number doesn't tell the full story.

  • 02

    Strict clinical standards — always

We follow RACGP and Endocrine Society of Australia guidelines. Treatment requires confirmed low testosterone on at least two separate tests, plus genuine clinical symptoms. No exceptions.

  • 03

    Ongoing monitoring, every step

TRT is a long-term therapy, not a one-off prescription. Your Helix doctor monitors your bloods regularly, adjusting your protocol as needed. You're never just a recurring order.

  • 04

    No conflicts of interest

Our doctors are paid on a fee-for-service basis — not by prescription volume. If TRT isn't right for you, they will tell you clearly, and explain exactly what to do next.

★★★★★

I'd been tired and flat for two years. My GP kept telling me I was fine. Three weeks after starting treatment with Helix, my wife said she had her husband back. I honestly can't explain it any other way.

The process was incredibly smooth. Assessment Sunday, blood test referral Monday, results reviewed by Thursday. The doctor was thorough and direct. This is what healthcare should feel like.

I was sceptical. TRT felt like something for guys much older. But my levels were genuinely low — and now three months in I'm sleeping better, training better, and feel more motivated than I have in years.
